GAU FEEDBACK SYSTEM

Welcome to our staff feedback and recognition system for the Geriatric Assessment Unit (GAU)!

This initiative aims to foster a positive working environment, improve team morale, encourage mutual support, and recognise colleagues who go the extra mile. It provides a space for staff to give anonymous, constructive feedback to one another, acknowledge hard work, and celebrate the efforts of individuals who make a real difference to our team.

Scores are calculated monthly, with a winner announced at the end of each month. Points are awarded for feedback received (rated from 1–5) and for feedback given: 2 points for feedback rated as helpful by the recipient and 1 point for feedback rated as unhelpful. This encourages everyone to actively participate in both giving and receiving feedback, helping us learn and grow together.

As this system is still in its early stages, it is very much a work in progress, and a few teething problems are to be expected. Your patience, participation, and suggestions for improvement are greatly appreciated.
